Cedar Ridge Christian Church began our building project with very high standards. We wanted a facility that could serve the community and our church at the same time. We dreamed of a place that would operate as a community center during the week and a worship center on Sunday. We desired a facility that could be multi-functional in almost every space. We demanded aesthetic excellence, low maintenance, durability, and architectural interest. And of course we wanted all this at “rock bottom” pricing.

Bowden Contracting was chosen as our design/build general contractor by our construction committee, which was made up of experienced and demanding individuals. Dan Bowden’s knowledge of construction and direct involvement in the project proved to be invaluable. Bowden has been a standout contractor in numerous regard. But there have been three exceptional qualities in working together with Bowden Contracting:

1. Communication-at every point in the process, Dan Bowden, Bill Wohlleber, and the Bowden staff communicated important and timely information. Our Cedar Ridge Team was able to make important decisions with advance notice. We were well informed of the construction schedule and the next phase of construction. Information pertaining to subcontractors and materials were prepared and presented with plenty of time to make wise choices.
2. Relationship-throughout the project, it was apparent to Cedar Ridge that Dan Bowden and his team took pride in their project. We developed a relationship that extended beyond “working relationship”. We felt at several junctures, that Bowden went beyond the “bottom line” to insure that we were happy with the project. Because of that relationship, we have never questioned the integrity, honesty, and dependability of Bowden Contracting.
3. Satisfaction-our completed facility has exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning of the selection process to the completion of the construction, Bowden has delivered on what they promised. 

Cedar Ridge Christian Church began our project with very high standards. Today we have an interesting, attractive, multifunctional facility with a coffee shop, 28 foot climbing wall, children’s play zone, classrooms, and gymnasium/auditorium. And all of this as a gorgeous compliment to the adjoining park. Today we have a facility that serves well both the community and our church. Bowden Contracting met our high standards and brought to life our ideas in a way that makes all of us proud.
