When your name is on the letterhead, your reputation is on the line. Rene M. Charest lent his name to the company he founded in 1985, and built that name into one that stands for quality and integrity. With twenty-two years experience, Rene himself has overseen over 200 million dollars worth of construction. The Rene M. Charest Company today is a results-oriented team of professionals dedicated to client satisfaction. Through close communication with clients, architects, and sub-contractors, the firm works tirelessly to make the job a great success. Its reputation for cost effective, timely delivery of scheduled work is well deserved. Project Profiles

Valley Springs Church Testimonials The Vineyard Worship Centre We are so excited for the many things God is doing here at THE VINEYARD WORSHIP CENTRE! This was a building that the devil was using to destroy the lives of the people of this community, but God had a different plan. He has made it a place where you can make a change in your heart instead of your wallet. We have many exciting plans for the future of this church and we haven't wasted any time. We've already begun ministries such as F-180 youth programs, Singles, Spanish ministry, Street Ministry, Men's Ministry, Women's Ministry, Food Ministry and our Park Ministry. Every ministry shares one goal and one purpose: to reach the lost and "Make a Difference" in our families, our relationships and our community. Although we have been blessed with this building, we are already planning to expand our facility and build an additional 5,000 seat auditorium. Soon we will have to go to double services in order to accommodate the large quantity of worshipers. We also are planning to expand in our youth department as well. With over 500 teenagers flooding our building every Thursday night, we are going to need to build a separate facility for them as well. We know that God's mighty army is coming to take back what belongs to the Lord. Satan is no longer allowed to have our families, our children, our youth or our people. Sincerely, Pastor Rod Haro Assembly of God - Conference Center What a blessing to work with CharestCorp! You took a project with an impossible budget and redesigned it to save us over half a million dollars. The integrity and transparency of your staff created a spirit of confidence I have never experienced before. The project was a great success and we look forward to future projects with CharestCorp. Administrator DH Mapson Cornerstone Wilson Theatre Sanctuary This was an ambitious undertaking with the potential to become a nightmare. It became instead an inspiration. We have Rene Charest and his staff to thank in great measure for pulling all the pieces together. CharestCorp shared our determination to make this a success. Senior Pastor Jim Franklin SouthPoint Foursquare Church, Fresno, CA Often times, a church is unaware of the consequences that can occur when they attempt to build on their own. This testimonial shows how a detrimental project became a triumphant experience. Please take a moment and watch the enclosed DVD (Main Menu: SouthPoint Testimonial). When CharestCorp came upon this renovation project, the church had previously employed an architect with no church experience. The existing building was not structurally sound and it was cost-prohibitive to do a complete retrofit of the building. They were behind schedule and over budget. Although the church had considered hiring CharestCorp before the project began, they decided not to hire any general contractor at all and perform their renovation project in-house. You can see a sense of dismay on Pastor Steve Myers’ face on the enclosed DVD, as he recounts that time when they had no hope for their new sanctuary to be completed. When we came in, we were able to work with lenders to acquire the appropriate funding to finish the project and get the church back on schedule. Essentially, our team designed a building within a building, creating a structurally sound sanctuary within the walls of the existing building. The project was a great success and the church has hired CharestCorp to do a complete build-out of their remaining property. |
