Chad Charon is the director of project development for the PBS team. Mr. Charon considers it an honor to be able to serve brothers and sisters in the Lord in his daily work. Chad’s desire is to serve the Church by becoming their single source advocate for their collective planning, design and construction needs. While understanding the importance of this role in serving the Body of Christ Chad welcomes this humble opportunity as a ministry to the expansion of the Kingdom. Chad takes on this role with humility as it is a blessing to be able to serve, yet also a tremendous responsibility as the work of PBS Church Visioning Group acts as a tool for each individual ministry. With this, it is Chad’s desire to approach each opportunity with a servant’s heart as he and the PBS team collectively seeks to partner with each church or school in the work of the Kingdom.

Mr. Charon is a 10 year member of his Church, now serving as a deacon for the past 8 years and the Deacon Chairman for the last 2 years. Chad has also taught in the Sunday school and small group ministries as well as continues to be a part of his churches worship team. Mr. Charon is a member of the National Association of Church Design/Builders, National Association of Church Business Administrators, Association of Industrial Real Estate Developers and the Bourbonnais, Bradley Regional Chamber. Mr. Charon’s formal education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications from Olivet Nazarene University.

Mr. Charon has been happily married for 8 years with 2 beautiful daughters. The Charon’s are 10 year resident’s of Crete, Illinois.
